How it works:

1. Upload your medical records and relevant diagnostics such as labs, X-rays, CT, MRI, etc. Include a separate page indicating your presumptive basis for disability claim or DBQ completion. Besure to include diagnosis, what you think caused it, and how it currently affects you.

   (NOTE: Your records remain confidential, as they are uploaded via our HIPAA-compliant server.)

2. NEXUS LETTER: I will personally review* your medical records against peer-reviewed medical literature determine if there is a nexus, and draft a nexus letter which satisfies VA regs. If your claim does not meet VA minimum standards, then I will notify you and you will owe nothing further.

   SECONDARY CLAIM: I will perform a review similar to that for a nexus letter.

   ‍ ‍DBQ: I will personally review* your records to complete DBQ form, indicating how severe your condition is.

3. For regular NEXUS letters and SECONDARY claims, there is a $250 up-front charge for records review, which will be deducted from the posted fee. If review indicates case does not meet VA disability criteria, $250 fee is non-refundable/creditable, and veteran will be provided a letter indicating basis for not going forward.

4. Once record review is complete you will receive an email notification and make payment for appropriate amount.

5. After payment is received (minus $250), I will email you a signed version of document, with professional medical citations which link the nexus conditions. (Medical citations help to strengthen your case.)

6. Then submit your claim/appeal to VA with letter provided and await response.

*review is completed by me personally, not AI, as is the case with other nexus providers. In your support, the strongest possible case for NEXUS will be made, along with current medical substantiation. Nevertheless, no guarantees of VA approval can be made. All transactions final. Turnaround time for services are dependent on current caseload.
